I SAT BY MY SOUL

I sat and stared;
I stared and saw;
I saw nothing;
Nothing but all;
All i ever wanted.

I just sat and
Stared;
I stared at the
Wall;
And the wall just stared
Back.

I sat and stared
At the wall;
All with a minauderie of
Courage and perspicacity;
Then like a bright light,
Its eyes shone blinding me,
With trepidation and oblivion.

I was just seated there,
Like a mannequin, just moping at the wall.
And the wall; it just
Stared right back.
Painfully, i saw no eyes
In them.

I sat staring at the wall.
A thousand eyes stared right back.
But i saw none,
Than that inside my mind;
Seen by my soul...
